What is MTT Ministries?
MTT stands for “Make a Timothy Today.”
This ministry is a worldwide missionary evangelistic outreach and has been in existence for 22 years. We take out short term mission teams made up of high school and college students, during the Summer and Christmas breaks.
What is the Purpose of MTT Ministries?
Our purpose is to glorify God, to give young people hands-on experience on the mission field, to spread the Gospel, and to encourage Christians.
“And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” II Timothy 2:2
When Bob and Joyce Landis were working as youth directors in their local church, they quickly saw the importance of training young people to serve the Lord. It became evident that they had to show them, not just tell them, how to serve. So they began training their youth group and taking them on short-term mission trips. Soon families from other areas began asking whether their teens could travel with them as well. As a result, Make a Timothy Today Ministries (MTT) was born. MTT has ministered in 22 different countries around the world and now takes out as many as five teams a year. MTT is an avenue for young people to seek God’s will or just to make a difference somewhere in the world.
What kinds of ministry does MTT do?
The MTT Teams are evangelistic in nature. So the young people have opportunities to learn the following skills, use them while on the teams, as well as equip them for future ministry.

Where does MTT minister?
MTT ministers on the Streets, in Churches, in Nursing Homes, in Parks, at Camps, at Schools, and in Children’s Bible Clubs all around the world. We take teams to Canada, Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Brazil, Romania, England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Ghana West Africa, Antigua, Haiti, Germany, Philippines, India and all over the U.S.
